Do you collect things? do you take your time adding to your collection, love the process of discovering each pieces and enjoy the thrill of the chase? I don't, I'm a very impatient collector and this is why I love estate auctions (at least the one I usually go to), I don't have to wait for years to complete a collection, I can have an instant collection in one night.
And yesterday in a span of a few minutes I became a proud owner of these vintage perfum bottle collection...
ahh, the joy of instant gratification...
p.s. thanks so much for all the comments on my mystery vintage item yesterday, I can finally tell my husband it's not somekind of primitive drug paraphenelia.
WOW...this is gorgeous. Is there any writing on these gorgeous finds? I am beside myself...truly! (Funny about your comment about your husband and the drug paraphernalia: my verification code to leave a comment was cokedo!)

Lovely! What fun! The thrill of the hunt and find. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm an impatient collector too, but I find when I wait and hunt out the perfect components I fare better. Great find!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun collection! I used to collect jewelry boxes and mini tea sets as a child. I still have a few pieces that I couldn't part with!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely collection!!!
ReplyDeletethese perfume bottles are gorgeous. i'm not a good collector at all:( too indecisive.
ReplyDeleteI am a collector, but not typically a "hunt things out" kind. I just find myself with several of the same thing and think, "Gosh, I kind of have a collection!" I love your perfume bottles- especially the pink and aqua (surprise!). Thank you for the hug- sending one to you too for having to deal with all those sickies. I know you love em, but being a nurse is HARD work!! I hope everyone recovers soon, and that you stay healthy!
ReplyDeleteI enjoy collecting and it's so wonderful when I can add several pieces at once! Lovely bottles.
