I have always been enamored by simple little things like pretty little teacups, old wallpaper, crochet pillows and needlepoint wall art, evident in some of my home décor. I didn’t realize there was a name for it: GRANNY CHIC. When a reader told me of such a trend maybe coming back again, I quickly went to Flickr and look for some inspiration, and sure enough I found
this group and all their charming granny home decor goodness which all evokes comfort, familiarity and nostalgia.
